JUDGMENT

1. The Claimant was a worker within the meaning of section. 230(3)(b) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.

2. The complaint of automatic unfair dismissal for having made protected disclosures, alternatively of public interest disclosure detriment (termination), is not well-founded and is dismissed.
