JUDGMENT The claimant’s Equality Act complaints are dismissed.
REASONS Introduction, hearing and evidence
1. The claimant commenced employment with the respondent as a senior social worker in October 2020. She was dismissed on 12 May 2022. The respondent at all times knew of her dyslexia and recurring depression and anxiety. She brought complaints of Section 15 discrimination concerning the dismissal, a failure to make reasonable adjustments and harassment.
