JUDGMENT The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is as follows. 35 (1) The claimant is entitled to be paid unlawful deductions from wages in the sum of £3,234.38 (gross), and the respondent is ordered to pay that sum to the claimant. (2) None of the other claims are well-founded and so they are all dismissed.
