JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The claim is struck out under rule 37 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the 15 Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 on the grounds that the claim has not been actively pursued in terms of rule 37(1)(d).
REASONS
1. On 20 September 2023 the Tribunal wrote to the claimant seeking additional information about the claims being made. The claimant did not provide the 20 information requested. A reminder was issued to the claimant on 11 October 2023.
2. On 11 October 2023 an email was received from the claimant stating, “I can answer any questions, I don’t understand what you want me to answer…”. On 16 October 2023 the Tribunal wrote to the claimant enclosing a copy of 25 the letter dated 20 September 2023 which detailed the questions to be answered. No reply was received to this letter.
