JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 20 1. The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant is a disabled person in terms of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 and was so at the relevant time, being from on or around 27 September 2021 to 21 June 2023.

2. The claim is continued to the existing Final Hearing appointed for 27 to 29 November 2023.

The claimant presented his claim to the Employment Tribunal on 21 June 2023 which followed upon ACAS conciliation which commenced 11 May 2023 and in respect of which ACAS certificate was issued 20 June 2023. 30 2.
