JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 25 The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant was not constructively unfairly dismissed by the respondent, and his claim is dismissed.
REASONS
1. This case came before me for a final hearing to determine both liability and, if appropriate, remedy. The claimant appeared in person. The respondent was 30 represented by Mr Russell.
2. The hearing proceeded as normal on 15, 16 and 17 November 2023. Unfortunately the claimant sustained injuries in an incident occurring over the weekend of 18/19 November 2023. The hearing resumed briefly on 20 35 November 2023, at which time it was agreed that it would be adjourned to
