JUDGMENT After consideration of the evidence provided and submissions made by each party at the Preliminary Hearing, the judgment of the Tribunal in relation to the time limits applicable to a complaint for accrued but unpaid holiday pay is as follows:

1. The claimant’s application for an extension of time under Regulation 30(2) of Working Time Regulations 1998 succeeds and, as such, the Tribunal has jurisdiction to consider her complaint at final hearing.
