1. The claimant was disabled at the relevant time (February 2020 to July 2021) by reason of diabetes within the meaning of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010.

2. The Tribunal is not satisfied that all of the claimant’s claims have no reasonable prospect of success and accordingly refuses to strike the claims out pursuant to section 37 (1)(a) of the Employment Tribunal Rules;
