JUDGMENT 35 It is the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal that the respondent should pay to the claimant:

1. A basic award of £16,396.50 gross.

2. A payment in respect of compensation for loss of earnings in respect of the

40 E.T.Z4(WR) 4102744/2024 Page 2 claimant having been unfairly dismissed of £33,832.11 net, and payment in respect of loss of statutory rights of £500, which grossed up amounts to a total compensatory payment of £39,514.26.
