JUDGMENT The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:
1. The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the period 3 July 2023 to 31 August 2023 consisting of: a. Non-payment of wages for hours worked in the period amounting to 40 hours at £21.00 making a total of £840 b. Non-payment of an agreed bonus of £1500.
