JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 25 The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and unlawful deductions from wages both fail, and are dismissed.

REASONS 30

1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 23 June 2023, in which she complained that she had been unfairly dismissed and unlawfully deprived of holiday pay.

2. The respondent submitted an ET3 in which they resisted the claimant’s 35 claims.
