JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant’s complaint that he has been subjected to detriments contrary to section 146(1) Trade Union and Labour 25 Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is not-well founded and is dismissed.
