REASONS
1. The claimant alleges that the respondent unfairly dismissed her. The respondent had not lodged an ET3 response and was not in attendance nor represented at the hearing. The Tribunal was satisfied that the respondent 10 had received formal intimation of the notice of hearing in order that it could seek to take part to the extent permitted by the Tribunal.
