1. Mrs Garner’s employment began on 14 October 2000; 2. the respondent unfairly dismissed the claimant on 3 October 2023; 3. there will be no reduction in any financial award: 3.1. under the rule in in Polkey v AE Dayton Services Ltd [1988] AC 344 UKHL, or 3.2. for contributory fault.
