2. The claim of unlawful deduction from wages succeeds,

3. The claim for holiday pay succeeds, 25 4. Accordingly the claimant is awarded: a. A basic award of £783.23 b. A compensatory award of £999.69 c. The sum of £8,014.00 in respect of unpaid wages and d. The sum of £797.09 in respect of accrued annual leave, 30 and the respondent is hereby ordered to pay those sums to the claimant.
