JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL At this hearing, the Tribunal decided as follows:
1. The claims brought under the Equality Act 2010 do not succeed and are dismissed.
2. The claim of detriment for making a protected disclosure succeeds and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of FOUR THOUSAND POUNDS (£4,000) as compensation for injury to feelings.
3. The claims for holiday and notice pay, having been withdrawn, are dismissed.
