JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Tribunal is that:
1. The claimant was not a disabled person for the purposes of the Equality Act 2010 in the relevant period (1 February 2025 to 16 May 2025). The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the complaints of disability discrimination.
2. The complaint of constructive unfair dismissal was not presented within the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable to do so. The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the complaint of unfair dismissal.
