JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claim be struck out in accordance with rule 37(1)(b) and (e) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution 30 and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 (“the Rules”).
REASONS Background
1. This is a claim of discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation contrary to 35 section 13 of the Equality Act 2010.
