JUDGMENT The following complaint is struck out on the grounds that it has no reasonable prospects of success: the complaint (in claim 1303163/2022) that, “I have a severely disabled son with two severe brain related disabilities. My employer was made aware of that fact. I do believe that there has been indirect discrimination due to that fact.”
REASONS
1. The above judgment is further to the strike out warning / proposal to strike out set out in the orders numbered 1 to 3 in the written record of the preliminary hearing that took place in Birmingham on 3 July 2024. I [Employment Judge Camp] refer to those orders, which explained why I considered the complaint identified in the above judgment to have no reasonable prospects of success.
