REASONS 1. !n this case the claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal complaining that she had been unfairly dismissed and discriminated against 5 by the respondent. That claim was presented on 9 January 2024.

The claimant asserted discrimination arising from disability under section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 (EqA); failure to make reasonable adjustments for the claimant under sections 20/21 of EqA; and of victimisation under section 10 27 of EqA.
