JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 20 The unanimous judgment the Employment Tribunal is that: (1) the claim under Section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 (the EQA) is dismissed; and (2) the claim under section 27 of the EQA is dismissed.
