1. On 26 January 2026 I heard the preliminary hearing at which I dismissed the claimant’s claim for race discrimination on withdrawal; and the claim for unfair dismissal as having been presented out of time. The claimant has sought a reconsideration of the decision in respect of the dismissal of the unfair discrimination claim.
