1. The allegation that the claimant did a protected act by her email of 15 October 2021 has no reasonable prospect of success and is struck out.

2. The allegations that the claimant made a protected disclosure by: a. her email of 14 October 2021; b. her email of 15 October 2021; and c. her solicitor’s letter of 19 November 2021 has little reasonable prospect of success and shall be the subject of a (separate) deposit order. The application to strike out that part of the claim is dismissed.
