JUDGMENT 1 The Claimant’s complaint of victimisation under s. 27 Equality Act 2010 (“EqA”) is struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success because having regard to section 18A of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claim. 2 The Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s complaint of pregnancy discrimination under s. 18 EqA.
