JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant’s complaints of discrimination arising from disability and unauthorised deductions from wages succeed, to the extent set out in the judgment. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant:

1. The sum of £6,348.25, including interest, for financial loss; and

2. The sum of £6,595.73, including interest, by way of compensation for injury to feelings. The claimant’s complaint of failure to make reasonable adjustments does not succeed and is dismissed.
