JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Tribunal is that:
1. The Tribunal does have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal and discrimination arising from disability.
2. The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaints of failure to make reasonable adjustments and harassment related to disability. Those complaints are therefore dismissed.
