REASONS
1. The ciaimant, Leslie Munro, brought complaints of “standard” unfair dismissal, in terms of s.94 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, and of 5 automatic unfair dismissal because he had made a protected disclosure, in terms of S.103A. The claim was denied in its entirety by the respondent and the respondent’s solicitor had also taken a time-bar point.
