35 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous Judgment of the Tribunal is that:- 1. the respondent unlawfully discriminated against the claimant, in respect of 40 her disability, in terms of ss.15 and 20 of the Equality Act 2010;

5 REASONS Introduction
1. Ms Janie Crampshee brought complaints of unfair dismissal (contrary to 10 s.98(4) of the Employment Rights Act 1996); and disability discrimination (discrimination arising from disability, in terms of s.15 of the Equality Act 2010, being her dismissal; and a failure to make reasonable adjustments, in terms of s.20).
