JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Tribunal finds that:
1. The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent contrary 30 to section 94 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
2. The claimant is awarded the total sum of THREE THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED AND SIXTY FIVE POUNDS NINETY FOUR PENCE (£3,165.94) payable to her by the respondent. 35 3. The claims of unauthorised deductions from wages and of breach of contract are not well founded and are dismissed.
