The Claimant’s claim under s.13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 that the Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from his wages by not paying him on or around 30 April 2024 a bonus in the sum of £9,607.86 calculated using the reference period 1 April 2023 – 31 March 2024 is not well founded and is dismissed.
