JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The tribunal decided the claimant was unfairly constructively dismissed and the respondent shall pay to the claimant compensation in the sum of £10,111 (being a basic award of £700 and a compensatory award of £9,411).
