JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 30 The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is:- (First) That the claimant’s claim for statutory sick pay is dismissed. 35 (Second) That the respondent shall pay to the claimant the agreed sum of £826.74 in the name of compensation for accrued but untaken paid annual th leave entitlement as at the 17 of February 2022.
