JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that:
1. The complaints of failure to comply with the duty to make reasonable adjustments under sections 20 and 21 Equality Act 2010 are not well founded and are dismissed.
2. The complaint of unlawful deduction from wages under section 23 Employment Rights Act 1996 was not insisted upon by the claimant and is dismissed.
3. In accordance with Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Rule 50 (3)(b) the identity of the claimant and her father should not be disclosed to the public, whether in the course of any hearing, or in its listing or in any documents entered on the Register or otherwise forming part of the public record.
