20 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the tribunal is that:

1. The claimant was a disabled person according to section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 at the material time, being from 8 July 2022 onwards;

2. The respondent did not directly discriminate against the claimant on the basis 25 of age, race or sex contrary to section 13 of the Act;

3. The respondent did not indirectly discriminate against the claimant on the basis of disability contrary to section 19 of the Act;
