JUDGMENT
1. The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal was not presented withing 3 months of the effective date of termination and it was reasonably practicable for it to have been presented in time. It follows that pursuant to Section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to entertain the complaint and it is dismissed.
2. The Claimant’s claimsagainst R2 – R9 have no reasonable prospects of success as the pleaded claims were presented outside the relevant statutory time limits and there is no proper basis for granting an extension of time. The claims against those individual Respondents are dismissed. 1 Case Number: 3204704/2021
