1. The Claimant began working for the Respondent, Grant Thornton LLP, as a Tax Manager on 14 October 2024. His employment ended on 24 October 2024 after approximately eight days' service. Prior to commencing proceedings, he engaged in Acas Early Conciliation between 3 December 2024 and 14 January 2025.
