JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:
1. The claimant was unfavourably treated because of something arising in consequence of her disability in breach of section 15 of the Equality Act 2010.
2. The claimant was indirectly discriminated against in breach of section 19 of the Equality Act 2010.
3. The claimant’s claim that there has been a failure to make reasonable adjustments in contravention of section 21 of the Equality Act 2010 is not well-founded and is dismissed.
