1. The claimant is an Officer in the Army Reserve based in Kirkwall. He has raised claims against the Ministry of Defence. The claimant in his ET1 sought findings that he had been discriminated against on the grounds his age. He also made reference to bullying and harassment and to unfair dismissal.
