JUDGMENT
1. The Claimants’ complaints about the failure of the First Respondent to comply with the requirements of section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 are well founded and succeed.
2. A protective award for the period of 90 days beginning on 4 June 2025 is made in favour of the Claimants employed by the Respondent at its premises in Hadley Castle Works, Hadley, Telford, TF1 6AA, who were dismissed as redundant on or after that date.
