JUDGMENT
1. The claim of failure to make reasonable adjustments in relation to the adjustment of not allowing the claimant to continue in his role of Inspectorate Manager without the requirement of attending potentially violent incidents was not presented within the applicable time limit, but it is just and equitable to extend the time limit and will therefore proceed.
2. The claim of failure to make reasonable adjustments in relation to the failure to offer the claimant suitable alternative duties to avoid dismissal was presented within the applicable time limit and will therefore proceed.
