JUDGMENT
1. The Claimant’s complaints that: a) She was wrongfully dismissed; b) She was unfairly dismissed; and c) She was treated unfavourably because she was on maternity leave by the manner in which she was dismissed (being notified of her dismissal when her P45 was sent to her by email), succeed.
