JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims all fail, and are dismissed.

REASONS

1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 18 July 2025 in which she complained that she had been discriminated against on the grounds of disability and sex by the respondent.

2. The respondent presented an ET3 in which they resisted all claims made by the claimant.
