JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant’s complaints that she suffered unfavourable treatment contrary to section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 and that the respondent failed to make reasonable adjustments contrary to sections 20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010 are dismissed.
REASONS Introduction
1. The claimant initially presented claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination arising from disability contrary to section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 and a failure to make reasonable adjustments contrary to sections 20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010.
2. After an earlier preliminary hearing, it was determined that the claimant’s unfair dismissal claim had been presented late in circumstances where it had been reasonably practicable to present her claim in time and it was therefore dismissed.
