JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claim is struck out under Rule 15 37(1)(a) of the Tribunal Rules of Procedure as it has no reasonable prospects of success.
REASONS
