JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The tribunal decided:- (i) to dismiss the claim of unfair dismissal and (ii) to dismiss the claim in respect of the payment of notice.

REASONS

1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on the 9 March 2019 alleging she had been unfairly dismissed and that there should have been a payment of notice. 4102859/2019 Page 2

2. The respondent entered a response in which it admitted the claimant had been dismissed for reasons of gross misconduct, but denying the dismissal had been unfair.
