JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Tribunal is that the first and second respondents’ application to extend time is granted, the date for presenting the ET3 Response is extended to 2 March 2026 and the default judgment issued on 2 March 2026 is revoked.
REASONS
1. An open preliminary hearing was arranged to determine the respondents’ application under Rule 21 for an extension of time for presenting their response and reconsideration of the default judgment which was opposed by the claimant.
