JUDGMENT The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to an award of £580 net against the respondent in respect of unpaid wages.

REASONS 1 The Tribunal identified that the Antipodea Restaurant was not a legal entity and was informed that the claimant had applied to amend the claim so as to run against STR 48 Limited.
