REASONS Introduction and Background

1. This is a claim of disability discrimination and detriment and/or automatic unfair dismissal following the making of a protected disclosure.

2. In their ET3 response, the respondents asserted that the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear this case due to res judicata, specifically in relation to case number 8000275/2025.
