By an originating claim lodged with the tribunal on 28 August 2024 the claimant pursues claims of pregnancy and maternity discrimination and victimisation (contrary to the Equality Act 2010) and that she was subjected to detrimental treatment relating to maternity leave (contrary to the Employment Rights Act 1996).
