JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Employment Tribunal, given orally at the hearing on 8 September 2025, is that the claimant’s application under Rule 30 to amend her case add the claim of dismissal under s39(2)(c) of the Equality Act 2010 is granted.
REASONS
1. The claimant has made an application to amend her case to add a claim under s39(2)(c) of the Equality Act 2010 that she was dismissed and that this dismissal amounted to unlawful discrimination. The application is opposed by the respondent. The application was dealt with at the outset of the final hearing on 8 September 2025.
2. The Tribunal considers that it would assist to set out the terms of the amended claim which the claimant seeks to pursue.
